Design Guidelines: Pale brown base colors with any pale natural colors as patterns. Must always have 6 legs and six eyes. Tail size can vary, some thick long tails or thick short tails.
Species Info: Terrahexs or Hexs named after their six eyes and legs are large beasts found on the western plains. They roam around eating grasses and sleeping but are more than willing to charge any predator that have the slightest threat to them. Hex's live in large family "pods" with two or three dominate males. These creatures live on the plains in the summer but seek refuge in the forests in winter time, feeding off of lichen and other greens they can scrounge up.

Design Guidelines: Snow white fur to reflect heat with bright warm color patterns. Males have two thin feathers with a metallic look behind each ear.
Species Info: Sols are small nimble creatures dwelling in the South Eastern part of the continent. Their bright patterns allow them to reflect the heat of the south so they can keep cool during heat waves. These creatures live solitary lives, browsing leaves, roots, bark and other greens. Sols also have long tongues that are used to grab insects in trees and under logs. Because Kaleo rarely go south there are very few sightings of these animals making them mostly unknown to Kaleo.
Mock | Beta

Design Guidelines: It is impossible to tell what color their base fur is. They have color changing pigments in their skin and fur.
Species Info: Mocks are one of the deadliest and swiftest creatures in Kanu. Making deadly traps for their pray to fall in or 'mocking' the species of their prey to trick them into coming near. These creatures are masters of disguise with their color changing pigments and fur as well as their ability to mock their prey. When their prey is in range they run circles around them, making the prey confused. They are ruthless solitary creatures who can't be tamed. One Kaleo however managed to befriend a new born Mock on his spirit trials. They have an incredible sense of smell and vision (can see in the dark). They live mostly in the north.
Shrox | Beta
Species Name: Shrox
Species Status: Closed

Height Range: 80-130 cm
Design Guidelines: Always a dark brown base coat with a few lighter brown patches. Bright green moss growth on their backs and tails with bright red and orange mushrooms. Shrox also have a skull shaped mask on their face.
Species Info: Shrox are the most dangerous and fiercest creatures in Kanu. The mushrooms on their back release deadly spores that if exposed to for to long can kill. Those who live an attack have painful scars on their bodies with missing patches of fur. After killing their prey they leave it to rot for weeks before eating it. This then results and a horrible smell, so bad that Kaleo within range of the stench often loose their sense of smell for a few days. Shrox don't have the best vision so the rely on the smell of decay or the smell of prey close by. They leave a trail of mushrooms in their wake, so stay away from the trail of mushrooms.

Design Guidelines: Tan or reddish brown base color with blue, green or yellow eyes. Their wings have a similar design to a red tail hawks. Small claws on the inner parts of their wings
Species Info: Velos are plain and forest dwellers living in small family groups of about 10-15 Velos. These creatures are swift pack runners often time hunting Kiris or Coses. They can't fly but instead using their wings to show off to the opposite gender. In combat against predators or when two males fight they kick their legs up using their talons to try to scratch their opponent, head butt or biting at the neck.
